Lovely studio, with the option to use the private beach of the associated hotel across the street. Super spot (with a very extensive breakfast buffet!).
A truly strategic location and a very pleasant property overall. The room was large, clean, and spacious, but there were a few small points that could be improved. Daily cleaning wasn't always automatic, and we had to request it a few times in the afternoon.
The kitchen was present but poorly equipped, and despite the size of the property, there was no mirror outside the bathroom to comfortably get ready before leaving. The shower, which doesn't have a stall, was also a bit inconvenient, with water easily spilling out.
Furthermore, the towels weren't always adequate for the number of guests (there were three of us, but they were often left for two). We also felt that some decorative elements in the room, such as the pillows and the bed runner, should be removed because they were impractical, easily dust-catching, and absolutely unhygienic in everyday use.
Overall, a very pleasant property with excellent potential, although some organizational and practical aspects could be improved. However, we should highlight the great kindness of the owner and all the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and ready to help with any need.

Great accommodation – cleanliness and location were top-notch!
We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was great, everything was clean, and the location is simply superb. The only minor drawback: a little more equipment in the kitchen would have been nice. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans la suite Tramontana pour un montant d’environ 1500€.
La suite est agréable, mais deux points sont à noter : la vue donne sur le parking et le passage quotidien du train est assez bruyant.
En revanche, c’est surtout l’attitude de l’hôtel qui nous a déçus.
- Le lit bébé est facturé 25 € par jour. Au vu du tarif de la suite, ce supplément paraît particulièrement mesquin.
- Le jour du départ, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de conserver la chambre un peu plus longtemps afin d’éviter d’attendre notre ferry en pleine canicule avec notre bébé. La chambre n’étant pas relouée immédiatement, j’espérais un geste commercial. Il m’a été proposé une prolongation à 60 € par heure, sans qu’aucune autre solution (par exemple une chambre standard disponible) ne soit envisagée.
- Enfin, le ménage des chambres est effectué en milieu d’après-midi, avec beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. Ce niveau de nuisance est difficile à accepter pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Au final, malgré une belle suite, le manque de souplesse et d’attention envers les clients laisse un goût amer. À ce niveau de prix, nous attendions un service plus généreux et davantage orienté vers la satisfaction du client.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.
